- Assist with administration training.

- Responsible for communicating policy changes to employer and employee.
- Provide updates on legislation and health care issues
- Provide company specific plan summaries, rates and account manager contact information in easy to read format.
- Account Manager processes all plan changes and follows up confirmation with employer.
- Update HR resource binder (i.e. forms, how to documents, contact information).
New Hire Enrollment Kits
- Provides carrier educational material and pertinent forms.
- Provides how to guides for internet access, doctor finder, plan details.
- Education on preventative care and added value benefits.
Termination Processing and COBRA
- Assist with employee termination and COBRA.
- Provide resources for additional individual options to employee.
- Provide HR support on COBRA regulations.
- Introduce outsourced COBRA administration where needed.
