With benefits being expensive and starting and running a small business being challenging, we sought to fill a need to act almost as an external human resource and benefits department to these business owners at no cost to them providing insurance, investment, marketing, and other business management consulting services to all of our clients… We treat the individual as important at the large employer group…
Jeffrey Willmann is President and CEO of Opprime Investments, a privately held consulting and investment company working in healthcare, financial services, and commercial real estate. Jeffrey’s work includes growth and acquisition projects including identification of partnership opportunities for his clients. His current and past client based roles include: Director of Finance and Business Development, LightBridge Hospice, San Diego; Chief Financial Officer, Family Choice of New York, Buffalo, NY; and Officer and Director, Trinity3 Corporation, Newport Beach. Jeffrey previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sharp Health Plan, a non-profit Knox-Keene licensed HMO offering commercial products to business as well as government sponsored programs such as MediCal and Healthy Families. In his role, Jeffrey was responsible for A/P, A/R, cash management, accounting, underwriting, claims adjudication, data analysis, and contracts management. Jeffrey was the Chairman and Founder of Trinity Hospice and served as its director responsible for business development as well as operational and financial facets of a “start-up” health care risk venture. Jeffrey sold the company to Odyssey Healthcare (ODSY) for a net of $1.5M on $400k shareholder investment. Jeffrey has significant managed care experience working with CompCare Health Plan, FHP, Inc, and Aetna US Healthcare in San Diego. Jeffrey’s experience outside San Diego and California includes Health Choice, a Medicaid HMO in Tempe, Arizona, and Dakota Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. He has been responsible for developing business plans, audit functions, network performance, risk management, workflow improvement and process redesign, and staff development and management. Jeffrey earned a masters degree from Arizona State University in Health Service Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Arizona. He maintains a California Department of Insurance license (Life Agent Producer, Health and Disability) and a Department of Motor Vehicles Occupational License (Dealer). Jeffrey enjoys working out with weights, and the outdoors including bicycling, hiking, and water sports.
Jeana R. Wallace
Jeana is Vice President of Opprime’ Insurance. She began working in the field of insurance in 1996. She has worked in various positions such as Senior Management and President of Sales, which all support individual and group medical sales. Jeana began her career with the leader in insurance, AON Insurance. In addition to the above, Jeana has held multiple positions in Account Management, including Bay Benefits in northern California and Snapp & Associates as well as Cavignac & Associates here in southern California. Jeana attended school at Concordia University a private Christian school in Irvine. Here she received both academic and athletic scholarships’ and graduated with honors in four years. She holds a bachelors degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Administration and a minor in Communications. With a strong back ground in Christianity Jeana enjoys getting involved with her community and philanthropic efforts with groups such as; It’s All About the Kids, Party for a Purpose, 6 Degrees Networking, DNA Diva Networking, My CCMPRO Networking, Salvation Army’s efforts to feed the homeless, and most recently Club Dust; an organization that serves though the opportunity of building homes for extremely poor families in the border towns of Tijuana and Tecate. As you can see Jeana enjoys a balanced life of taking care of her clients and community while enjoying everything San Diego has to offer.
